ginger-lime dressing

as with all recipes, fresh and organic makes a big difference in taste!

1/4 to 1/3 cup lime juice –fresh squeezed, reserve pulp

1/4 cup sesame oil –high quality, untoasted, unrefined

1/4 to 1/3 cup water –filtered

1 tablespoon cilantro –rough chop, packed

1 tablespoon mint –rough chop, any variety, packed

2 tablespoons shoyu

2 teaspoons honey -raw

1 heaping teaspoon ginger -fresh, finely grated or minced

1/4 to 1/8 teaspoon cayenne

1/2 teaspoon sea salt

1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds

fresh ground pepper to taste

Blend ingredients on high, just enough, pour into a glass

container and top off with the pulp and a few more sesame

seeds.  Refrigerate and shake before using.

One little tip: add the honey as the blender is going (if you

can manage to do so w/out making a huge mess) as it has a

tendency to linger in a pile at the bottom
