cucumber infused gin and tonic

Oh my, i’m a girl for gin and tonics.  i’m twice the girl for cucumber infused gin and tonics!  give it a go, i'll bet you won't be disappointed!

2 Tbl cucumber syrup

1 shot of nice gin

1 bottle of fever tree tonic water chilled

1 wedge of lime

Fill a pint glass with ice, i mean fill it.  add a shot of gin and the cucumber cooler before squeezing in the lime (leave the squeezed lime in the glass as a garnish).  top it all off with the tonic water, give a little stir and enjoy!
